Vila Woo is a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist. She develops group workshops and individualized training programs for all ages and fitness levels (such as athletes and clients with degenerative diseases). Vila provides a balanced workout targeting cardio, strengthening and stretching.
She tailors each workout to accommodate your needs. Vila shows you how to maximize your workout with minimal equipment, and practice 60 second stretches to 20 minute workouts.
Vila continues to learn about health and fitness by attending workshops that include yoga and meditation to functional training. During the last few years, Vila is facilitating more overall body stretching (some yoga inspired) classes to children, families and adults. With 10 years of ballet and martial arts (kickboxing and capoeira), Vila offers full body stretching while promoting self care and health and wellness.
Let’s Stretch, Less Stress!

Purpose: To unwind and relax.
Why this workshop? Perfect for any setting, AND all you need are chairs and a quiet space.
Basic poses and gentle stretches target upper and/or lower body. The stretches help release stress on the neck, shoulders, spine, and hips. Movements and poses help strengthen shoulders, back, and abdominal muscles. Participants practice a series of individual poses that transitions into combination of movements. Workshop begins and ends with breathing and meditation. Wear comfortable clothing. This workshop leaves you floating in air. Please let us know if you would like to focus on a specific area of the body. Extended time available upon request.
Fitness Fun

Purpose: To keep you active and self-motivated with your co-workers/ friends.
Why this workshop? Learn a combination of exercises that requires no equipment. Take home some ideas and practice at your own pleasure.
Improve overall body fitness (cardio, mobility, flexibility, and core strength) through a series of body weight exercises. Workout consist of dynamic warm ups, main exercises, and cool down. You won't believe how awesome it is until you try! Fitness Fun leaves you feeling invigorated! Extended time available upon request.
Playing with Art

Purpose: To have a delightful time and surprising yourself with a stunning masterpiece to take home.

Participants personalize their art pieces through painting, drawing, and / or adding text using a variety of materials. Art Educator demonstrates easy to follow art techniques for participants to explore and provides guidance throughout the process of art making. Extended time available upon request.
